Mentors 
Role: The role of the mentors is to provide ad-hoc advice to teams.  We expect that this will be 0-2 hours per week during the course of the Challenge. CAI will monitor the questions received and provide questions to appropriate mentors

Expectations from Mentors: Mentors will respond to questions within one week or state that they don’t know the answers to questions

Judges
Role: The role of the judges is to evaluate the elevator speech and business plan segments of the Challenge.  The Challenge will have one set of judges from the NIH and CAI as well as judges from industry that review a selection of business plans depending on their expertise.
